Cincinnati Board of Education, et al. vs. Franklin B. Walter, et al., 1976-1979.

Concerns the constitutionality of the statutory system established by the General Assembly to finance public education. The Supreme Court ultimately ruled that the system did not violate the "equal protection" and "thorough and efficient" clauses of the Ohio constitution, overturning the rulings of two lower courts. Includes transcripts of testimony, correspondence, research material, and exhibits. Franklin B. Walter was the state school superintendent during this time.
